Welcome to GlenRig. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlenRig online store and the purchase of our shirts, skirts, pants, and trousers. By accessing or making a purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. User Agreement & Eligibility

By using GlenRig, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your shipping address and payment details. All transactions are subject to acceptance and availability. GlenRig reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including instances of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in product information or pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related information you provide, even though GlenRig does not operate a user center. We may contact you via the email address you supply ([email protected]) regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, or service notices. You agree to keep your contact details up to date.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display our shirts, skirts, pants, and trousers as accurately as possible in terms of color, fabric, and fit. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All product descriptions, sizes, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. The total cost, including taxes and delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, GlenRig reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is cancelled due to such an error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Orders, Payment & Delivery

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount indicated at checkout. Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted by GlenRig. We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. Title to the products passes to you upon our shipment of the items, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. GlenRig is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the GlenRig website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of GlenRig or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. The GlenRig name and logo are trademarks of GlenRig. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

You may not use any automated means, such as scrapers, robots, or data mining tools, to access, collect, or extract data from the GlenRig website for any purpose, including the aggregation of our product listings or pricing information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlenRig, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) any statement or conduct of any third party on the website; or (iv) any products purchased or obtained through GlenRig.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to GlenRig for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

GlenRig does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any product, except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GlenRig purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must have original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, at no cost to you. Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are eligible for return under the same conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlenRig operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products from GlenRig shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
